I believe that the NI registeration process would assist the NIA obtain a comprehensive information about every individual in the country. As such, information such Name of person, sex, date of birth, hometown, house number etc would mostly needed for a very successful registration. However, I have a deep emotional feeling about the issue of house numbers. The government of Ghana is very much aware that majority of the houses in the country do not have numbers. Such houses are still refered to as e.g. Adam's house, Ankomah's house etc. Are these things going to appear on the NI cards. When will things like this start changing in Ghana. Besides, the most painful situation is when filling a form and you are required to provide your house number. Does this happen in the Europe we are eager to catch up with in terms of development and civilization? ---DECRYPTED---
