FIFA Meets Government's Delegation Today In Zurich Over GFA FIFA has scheduled a meeting with a government delegation today (June 28) in Zurich, Switzerland on the restructure of Ghana Football. A statement by FIFA also invited Elmina Sharks owner Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom to join the government delegation. The 2016 Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) and Nana Sam Brew-Butler, who runs Ebusua Dwarfs, have been stated as representatives of the elite league clubs and will accompany the Sports Minister Isaac Asiamah. Also invited are GFA's officials Kweku Eyiah and Alex Asante. The meeting is the second in a series of talks and follows an initial discussions in Accra last week. The meeting was followed by government’s intervention in the country's football, following revelations of alleged bribery and corruption by some referees and football administrators in a documentary by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
