Heavy rains cause havoc in parts of Accra

Radio Ghana reports say Monday night's heavy rains in the capital which continued till the early hours of today has flooded most parts of the capital. 

The rains which were accompanied by heavy winds brought down trees, bill boards and flooded major areas like circle. 

Some houses were also submerged. People took to social media last night to give updates on the floods at their locations as they struggle to get through to emergency service providers.
