Africa's under development due to indiscipline & lawlessness - Development Experts


Development Experts have attributed Africa's under development to indiscipline and lawlessness. 

Some contend that the problems encountered on the continent which include poverty and diseases is partly due to the indiscipline which manifests in corruption and makes the poor poorer. 

But how prevalent is this issue of indiscipline and lawlessness in Africa? Radio Ghana's Rebecca Ekpe travelled to Benin City and shares her experience of lawlessness in Nigeria, in what the people there term ''Freedom''.
