The paper says the Ministry must take the necessary measures to evict the encroachers to ensure a smooth rehabilitation of the system. According to the Graphic, services provided by railway stations, and the system as a whole, constitute a major attraction around which towns develop. Therefore there must be no hindrances in the way of any effort to revamp the service. The paper calls on all to respect state authority and refrain from actions that have the tendency to draw the nation's development backward.
