GFA dissolution is false – Attorney General

The Attorney General and Ministry of Justice has denied reports that government has triggered Act 179 and Act 180 to redesignate Ghana Football Association as Ghana Football Federation. 

Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Joe Kpemka who spoke to GBC’s George Ankrah said President Akufo-Addo's government is made up of astute lawyers and would not  do anything to faulter the  law.  

Mr. Kpemka however said within twenty -four hours, the Ministry would trigger processes in court to re-organise the GFA.
