Though the babies, both females have separate heads, chest and limbs they are joined at the abdomen. News of the unusual birth drew large people from the community who trooped to the hospital hoping to catch a glimpse of the babies. The twins were yesterday referred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for medics there to determine further medical procedure to separate the babies. Doctors at the facility believe that since the conjoined twins do not share vital organs, they have high chances of survival.
