Dr. Obengfo granted 50 thousand Ghana cedi bail Accra Circuit court has granted a fifty thousand Ghana cedi bail to the embattled Medical Practitioner and Proprietor of the Obengfo Hospital, Dr. Dominic Obeng-Andoh. Dr. Obeng-Andoh who was present in court today pleaded not guilty to the two charges of practicing medicine without lawful authority, and operating an unlicensed health facility. Lawyers for Dr. Obeng-Andoh informed the court of a motion filed at the High Court for stay of proceedings but, Presiding Judge, Harriet Jane Akweley Quaye said she only had before her a motion on notice for stay and not an order for stay of proceedings. Dr. Dominic Obeng-Andoh is currently in custody for a murder charge, for the death of deputy CEO of National Entrepreneurship Innovative Programme, Stacy Ofei Darko together with one other facing charge over impersonation. Dr. Obeng-Andoh is currently on admission, at the Ridge Hospital over his deteriorating health. Today in court, Dr. Obeng-Andoh was seen struggling with fitness.
