They are a 57 year old, Isaac Kwasi Ahwireng and Davis Manu Lartey 28. The suspects were charged for forging certificates for the applicants. The Effiduase District Police Commander, ASP Daniel Yaro, told Radio Ghana that a pen drive containing the forged certificates and some names of applicants were retrieved from Lartey, while the original Birth certificates of the applicants were retrieved from Isaac. He said the suspects were arrested when they were forging the certificates. Investigations are on going and Isaac is expected to be arraigned before court based on the evidence in their possession.
