A Deputy Director of the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council, Alhaji Abubakari Alhassan has paid tribute to MTN Ghana for its decision to include the Mobile Money platform as one of the channels for Ghanaians to buy the company’s shares in the Initial Public Offer (IPO), saying the move is a brilliant idea. 

He made the remarks in Wa when he deputized for the Regional Minster, Alhaji Alhassan Sulemana at the Upper West version launch of MTN IPO.
