Sanction heads of schools who refused to register students for BECE - National Council of PTAs

Reports say Prince of Peace School in Tamale failed to register about hundred students to write this year's BECE. 

The fates of the students are now in a limbo because they cannot write the examination. 

What are the sanctions for heads of schools who are found culpable? Radio Ghana seeks the views of the National President of the PTAs, Alex Danso who said their negligence must attract dismissal or imprisonment.
