Deputy Energy Minister allay fears of possible LPG shortage The Deputy Minister of Energy in Charge of Petroleum, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, has assured Ghanaians that there will be adequate supply of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), despite the damage in the loading arm of the Oil Jetty, while MT June-Frau Explorer was off loading the product. After a tour of the facility, accompanied by the CEO of the National Petroleum Authority, Hassan Tampuli, to inspect the extent of damage and repair works needed, Dr. Adam stated that considering the essential role of LPG in the day-to-day activities of Ghanaians, the government has put measures in place to ensure that there is adequate and constant supply.
