Corruption can be curbed if moral values are inculcated into children - NCCE The Chairperson of the National Commission on Civic Education, NCCE, Josephine Nkrumah says corruption can be curbed if moral values are inculcated into children at an early stage. She also advocated the definition and effects of corruption be imputed into the Curriculum of schools to enhance children's knowledge of the menace.
