7 member board inaugurated to manage Major Mahama Trust Fund

A seven Member Governing Board has been inaugurated to manage a Trust Fund set up for the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama who was murdered at Denkyira Obuasi exactly a year ago.  

The fund which is enacted by Parliament has an initial seed fund of GH550,000.00 with the GH¢50,000.00 personally donated by President Akufo-Addo.

Recalling the unfortunate event, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia said a monument will also be erected near Burma Camp to honour him. 

He appealed to the board members to perform their roles dilidently to ensure the successful running of the Fund.
