NIA Apologizes Over 'Ghana Card' No Show The National Identification Authority has apologised for its inability to roll out the Ghana Card which was scheduled to begin yesterday. A statement signed by the Acting Director Corporate Affairs, Francis Palmdeti said the Authority suffered a technical hitch for which reason the roll out has been suspended until the problem is resolved. The process which has suffered several postponement was to begin yesterday with some selected institutions including the Presidency, Parliament, the Judicial Service and the Security Services. However, NIA officials did not show up after hundreds queued to register and receive the much publicized Ghana Card which is supposed to have top notch security features.
