High Court Judge calls for judicial reforms A High Court Judge, Justice Mustapha Abdulai, has called for swift reforms in the Judicial System especially in the Attorney General's Office to ensure efficient delivery of Justice. Justice Abdulai was reacting to a Senior State Attorney's request for adjournment in a case that has lasted for four years in court because she was on leave. Justice Abdulai believes the system must work in such a way that when an officer is on leave another officer should take up the case for timely, efficient and fair adjudication of justice. Justice Abdulai also chastised defence lawyers and prosecutors to make sure they serve all parties in suit copies of affidavits or supplementary affidavits to interested parties in a case to be abreast of issues before they come to court. He expressed surprise that the court registry is still facing challenges in terms of logistics to serve parties in court on time. GBCONLINE ---DECRYPTED---
