Colombia headS for a run-off in its Presidential election Colombia is heading for a run-off Presidential election after no candidate achieved 50 percent of the vote in yesterday's first round. With nearly all ballots counted in the first round, conservative Ivan Duque is leading with thirty-nine-point seven percent ahead of left-wing rival Gustavo Petro who had twenty-four-point eight percent. It is the first election since the government signed a peace agreement with the Farc rebel group in 2016. The deal has polarised political opinion across the country. SOURCE: BBC ---DECRYPTED---
