Kelni GVG contract waste of public purse - Chamber of Telecommunications The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications says the current Kelni GVG contract is a waste of public purse. The 89 million dollar contract which will see government pay Kelni GVG 1.5 million dollars monthly has received bashing from civil society organisations including IMANI-Africa. The Head of Research and Communications at the Chamber, Derek Laryea said monitoring of Telcos should not be done at the expense of consumers.
