Ministry of Health says there is no reported case of Ebola in the country

The Ministry of Health has refuted reports of an outbreak of Ebola in the country.  It says the report is false and misleading and that there is no such incidence of Ebola in Ghana. 

In a statement the Ministry said surveillance has been intensified following developments in DR Congo.

It therefore assured the public of its safety, while urging the media to use its space for public education rather than causing fear and panic.
