Cylinder re-circulation policy won't lead to job losses - Energy Ministry

The Head of Communication at the Energy Ministry, Nana Kofi Oppong Damoah, has dismissed claims that the Cylinder Re-circulation policy will lead to the loss of seven thousand jobs. 

He said the policy is to ensure that LPG is distributed and marketed safely throughout the country. 

Speaking to GBC's Radio Ghana, Mr. Damoah said the counter position taken by the Ghana LPG Operators Association is unfortunate. 

He challenged them to come up with proposed alternatives to the policy.
