Police, Military commands condemn clashes between officers The Police and Military high Command have condemned Wednesday's clash between police and Military Officers at Tamale and vowed to punish personnel involved in the clash. A joint statement issued by both services said both commands have met at the ministry of the Interior on the matter and have agreed to institute some measures to tackle the situation. These include the setting up of committees of Police and Military membership at all regions where there is Military base, for the overseeing to the peaceful co-existence of both services and which will deal promptly with acts of indiscipline among their ranks and file.
