Court to give judgement on Lawyer Sosu's suspension May 29

The Human Rights Court presided over by Justice Gifty Agyei-Addo has set 29th of this month to give Judgement on Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu's case against the General Legal Council, GLC.  

This follows the hearing of an Application for Judicial Review filed by Lawyer Sosu on 3rd November, last year. 

In the suit, the suspended lawyer challenged the basis of his charge, conviction and suspension. 

In a related matter, two other cases brought by Francis-Xavier Sosu against the General Legal Council which were pending in the same court were also adjourned to 12th and 19th of next month for determination.
