Call for improved prison reforms

The Diocesan Coordinator for Gender and Family Life of the Methodist Diocese of Kumasi, Rev.

Janet Osei Kuffuor, says there is the need for improved reformation methods for prisoners to ensure they do not become easy prey for terrorist recruiters. 

Studies show that many terrorists were also former convicts who were indoctrinated while in prison. 

Very Rev.Osei Kuffuor  was speaking at the opening of the Faith to Action Womens Conference 2018 at Sunyani in the Bono-Ahafo Region.

The three day conference,hosted by the Presbyterian Inter-Faith Research and Resource Centre is dubbed;“Religion, Terrorism and Peaceful Co-Existence: The Role of Women”.
