Mr. Sowah made the call during the National Sanitation Campaign clean-up at Abossey Okai, in the Ablekuma Central Constituency .

He said the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) had embarked a number of interventions as part of its efforts to ensure the attainment of the Presidential initiative to help improve the sanitation conditions in Accra and logistics had been provided to help manage the 3,000 tons of waste generated daily in the metropolis for the AMA to achieve its mandate of making Accra the cleanest city.
