It’s an indictment to put people in custody for years without trial - Judge

A Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Jones Victor Dotse, says it is an indictment on the country's judicial system to put people in custody for years without trial.  

He said a country that does not pay attention to the remand conditions of its criminal justice is headed for doom.  

Justice Dotse said this at the Akuse Local Prison in the Eastern Region after a Justice For All programme Sitting.
