12th Routes Africa Conference launched in Accra Government has reiterated its commitment to ensure that the aviation industry is given the necessary boost to position it strategically amongst competitors in the sub-region and beyond. It notes that the completion of the new Terminal 3, designed to accommodate five million passengers a year and process 1,200 passengers an hour, attests to this. Speaking at the launch of the 12th Routes Africa Conference in Accra, the Minister of Aviation, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, said the Ministry is engaging with both local and foreign investors to establish a home-based carrier to help Ghana derive maximum benefit from the sector.
