The publisher is calling national re-orientation revolution on the human activities that have remained the cause of flooding. According to the paper, flooding which has become an annual occurrence in Accra has claimed many lives and property. The paper says Authorities each Year talk about the situation, agree on the cause but nothing is done to prevent it. The paper therefore wants a clear leadership, characterised by decisive action to deal with the perennial flooding.
