NPP National Chairman aspirant embarks on Volta region tour A National Chairman aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Stephen Ntim has started a four day campaign tour of the Volta Region. He addressed delegate from South and Central Tongu at Sogakofe where he urged them to vote massively for him. Mr. Ntim who is contesting the national Chairmanship for the fourth time told delegate the time has come for them to vote for him to ensure that development projects are initiated, continued and completed. He mentioned constituency office building project to ensure that constituencies will no longer be housed in rented apartments. He recalled how rented party constituency offices go through challenges in the hands of landlords stressing that they will be a thing of the past when they own their own offices. He said the commitment and loyalty he exhibited as an NPP member has made him stand tall among all the candidates vying for the National Chairman position and appeal to delegate to vote massively for him. Some of the delegates who pleaded anonymity said Mr. Ntim has distinguished himself over the years and therefore, they will vote for him to lead the party. According to them, the past records of Ntim are enough evidence that when given the nod, he will successfully exhibit the National Chairmanship job. Mr. Ntim from Sogakofe will continue his tour in the Southern, Central and Northern part of the region. Mr. Ntim, aged 59 was a former 1st vice national of the NPP and a business man.
