The Ghanaian Times salutes all the gallant workers of Ghana for holding the fort and making Ghana what it is today through dedication and hard work. As the country joined the rest of the globe to mark workers day yesterday, the paper wants to draw government's attention to the condition of workers in Ghana. It urges government to improve the current work environment which is poor and without safety measures. The TIMES furthers calls on l partners working under the auspices of the National Tripartite Committee to jaw in the spirit of give and take for continuous industrial harmony in the country. 
                     
The Daily Graphic describes as timely and good the launch of the nation’s Builders Corps initiative aimed at addressing Graduate unemployment in the country. What the Graphic finds worthy about the initiative is the remuneration that goes with it. Another unique feature the paper identifies with the initiative is its strategy to cover all areas including Agriculture, Education, Revenue Collection, Health, Entrepreneurship, ICT and Local Governance. The paper congratulate government for its ingenuity and ask all to help make the initiative flourish.  
                           
The Today News Paper blames the filth that has engulfed the country on over politicisation of issues of sanitation. It says lack of continuity in policies by successive governments is the cause of the country's challenges including sanitation. While the paper lashes at the lawmakers and persons in higher authority for failing to ensure that country is clean, it also blames the citizenry for being a part of the problem. It calls for change in behaviours in order to keep the country clean and healthy.
