Gov't calls for private sector partnership to help overhaul land administration process

Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, John Peter Amewu has called on the private sector to assist government to totally overhaul the country's Land Administration process.  

He said currently records in land administration are in manual formats and poorly managed.

Speaking at a forum on private sector participation in Ghana's Land Administration Reforms, Mr. Amewu said the work flow processes are manual, slow, cumbersome and ineffective.  

He believes private sector involvement will provide technological solutions and capital to reform the current Land Administration System.
