Ghana and Inawashiro, home of Japanese icon who built the Noguchi Memorial Institute in Ghana, Dr. Hideyo Noguchi has a long standing history.

 This bond has deepened over the years with Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers contributing immensely to Ghana’s development drive.
