All is set for Upper West Music and Cultural Event

All is set for the upcoming Upper West Music and Cultural event, set to take place at the National Theatre, Accra. 

According to organisers of the event, the stage, lighting, sound and visual equipment, security and any other things needed for the event have been put in place. 

Meanwhile, back ups including standby generators have also been provided. 

One of the artists performing , Dagaow, in an interview said he and his colleague musicians have been rehearsing for about a month now towards the event. 

The "Check Point" hit maker tells the media that he is ready to put up a splendid performance at the event. 

"I have cancelled my South Africa show because of this event and am not leaving anything to chance". 

"King Ralph is a brother and accepting his invitation for an event that is aimed at projecting the Upper West region, our culture and music is a laudable idea". 

"I really do wish him a success and I am encouraging everyone from the Upper West region to support him in making this event a success". 

Several dignitaries including  Rashid Pelpuo - Minister of State (Public - Private Partnerships) have already booked their seats for the event.
