Socialist Forum of Ghana congratulates Ghana on 61st Independence Anniversary

The Socialist Forum of Ghana, SFG has congratulated Ghanaians on the 61st independence anniversary. 

The group is also asking Ghanaians to go back to Dr. Nkrumah's ideology of development and Pan Africanism. 

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary of the group, Kofi Henaku. 

The group bemoaned how successive governments have abandoned Dr. Nkrumah's dream of making Ghana self-reliant as well as the promotion of Pan Africanism. 

The statement said this has led to massive unemployment, exploitation of natural resources and devaluation of the national currency. 

The Socialist Forum of Ghana, is therefore calling on Ghanaians to intensify the struggle for the control of natural resources to maximize profit for the nations development.
