Pay attention to disability education - Special needs students appeal 

Some students from the Cape Coast School for the Deaf and Blind have appealed to the President to help support disability education in Ghana. 

The students spoke to our Central Regional Correspondent, Kofi Sakyiama Pobi on the side-lines of the 61st Independence Day Anniversary in Cape Coast.
