Scientists, agriculturalists urged to push for national policy on agriculture A retired lecturer in Geography, Philip Kofi Awuku, has called on Scientists, Researchers and Agriculturalists to as a matter of urgency push for a national policy on agricultural production. He said such a policy should capture climate change and its adaption. Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, Mr Awuku expressed regret that at 61, Ghana is still importing seeds, tomatoes and onions from other countries when the country has the capacity to produce and export such products.
