N/R: GES dismisses claims of bias in selection of female nominee for President's award

The Northern Regional (N/R) Directorate of the Ghana Education Service (GES), has dismissed claims of bias and unfairness in the selection of the female nominee for the President's Award.

The Regional Director, Alhaji Mohammed Haroun, in an interview with Radio Ghana's Northern Regional Correspondent, Murtala Issah, said though Yakubu Hassana performed better than Abubakar Hanifa in the BECE, the latter performed better during the selection interview, hence she was chosen over Hassana.
