Over 70 students of St. Vincent College of Education dismissed

77 Students of St. Vincent Teacher Training College at Yendi in the Northern Region have been dismissed for not following the right admission process. 

The 77 students have either D7 in one of their core subjects. One of the students Emmanuel Kpebesaane who confirm their dismissal to Radio Ghana's Felix Cofie said they were admitted through the manual process.

The Principal of the College however said a new directive from the Council for Tertiary Education, has set the cutoff point at C6 thus disqualifying them, leading to their subsequent withdrawal from the college.
