Police Re-Arrest Two Fugitives And Accomplices In Kwabenya Incidence 

Two of the seven fugitives who were freed by armed men at the Kwabenya Police Station have been re-arrested. 

Two of the accomplices who freed the seven fugitives and killed a police officer in the process are also in Police custody. 

At a news conference in Accra, the Inspector General of Police, David Asante-Apeatu expressed confidence in the Police to arrest all the fugitives and their accomplices. He said there is a 15 thousand cedis reward for any credible information that leads to their arrest.

The IGP also announced the arrest of five individuals in connection with the killing of Constable Daniel Owusu on July 13 last year, while performing patrol duty.
