Gov’t to construct ultra-modern police station at Kwabenya

The Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo says government is going to construct a 405 housing complex including an ultra-modern police station at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra region.

Ms. Safo who visited the Kwabenya police station on Wednesday, 24, January 24, 2018, following the attack by armed men last Sunday at the Kwabenya police station to free seven suspects behind bars and killing one police officer in the process, assured residents of their maximum safety and security as plans are advanced for the construction of the facility.

She said, government is aware of the challenges facing the police that is why the project had been planned to be executed.
