My is a contribution/suggestion, about the TV licences why is it that this should be task from the television providers by incrypting all the TV channels so everybody must subscribe to enable him/her enjoy any station with the exception only one channel as free access (GTV) and i hope this will help solve the issue once and for all then the percentage will be taken from the station providers and will bring competition among the providers.
kindly apply my suggestion and it will help since the Ghanaian will not see he/she is paying for it like paying for street light levy on electricity bill without complaining.
It will even create job for the youth i mean those installing satellite TV  decoders.
