2014 WC commission report in full implementation except...MOYS PRO The Spokesperson of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Elvis Adjei-Baah, insists the implementation of the White Paper for the 2014 World Cup Commission is in full flight except the portions of the recommendations which are been contested at the law court. His comment comes after President Nana Akufo-Addo admitting he has forgotten about the Commission’s report when he met the media during his second meet the press at the Flagstaff House which was greeted by commentaries from Ghanaians that the report has been neglected. The White Paper is the outcome of the Dzamefe Commission set up to investigate the fiasco and the scandal that inflicted Ghana’s participation in the 2014 Brazil World Cup. Speaking to GBC’s Uniiq FMin Accra, Elvis Adjei-Baah praised the president for the trust he holds in the Ministry to execute their mandate as far as the PCI Report and White Paper are concerned. “The purpose of records, the White Paper has not been abandoned. We are fully implementing the recommendations of the PCI that were sanctioned by the White Paper.
