Minerals Commission vows to strictly enforce  Minerals Law

The Minerals Commission says it is going to strictly enforce the Minerals Law to ensure that permits are not given haphazardly.  

The Board Chairman of the Commission, Sampson Kwaku Boafo at a media briefing on the vision of the Commission said the mining industry will be positioned to be a key player in the socio-economic development of Ghana.
