He said the various transitions and strengthening of political institutions is a testimony that Ghanaians understand that the rule of the game is democracy. Speaking to Radio Ghana's Felix Cofie, Dr. Seidu said as Ghana progresses under the Fourth Republic, the country is liberalising and building its democratic institutions. Dr. Alidu Seidu said 25 years of the Fourth Republic means Ghanaians are maturing and understand that political change can only be through the ballot box and not through violence.
