3rd January, 2018 The Today Newspaper focuses on the paying of TV licence fee and prosecution of defaulters. The paper says the matter of paying TV Licence was settled by an Accra High Court giving GBC the mandate to collect revenue as a public service institution. The paper says, despite that court ruling last week, some Ghanaians are not pleased, arguing that GBC has not been giving them value for money. This, they say is manifested by the poor content being churned out especially on TV. Though the paper urges people to pay their TV licence fees, it also advises GBC to up their game in terms of service delivery. GBCONLINE ---DECRYPTED---
