Ghanaians urge to eschew corruption for sustainable economic growth Founder and Executive Director of Missions Resource Centre, Yendi, Rev. Emmanuel Kwabena Mustapha has called on Ghanaians to eschew corruption for sustainable economic growth of the nation. He indicated that there is the need for Ghanaians to be law abiding citizens and be willing to sacrifice and serve faithfully to combat things that brought set back such as corruption, illegal mining and be willing to commit themselves to hard work. Rev. Mustapha made the call when he delivered Christmas massage to Ghanaians at Ditney Baptist Church Ghana, Baptist Convention at Yendi in the Yendi Municipality of also appreciate the government’s Free Senior High School policy and they need to work together as Ghanaians from top to the bottom to play their role to make it successful. He reminded Christians and Ghanaians as a whole that as they take stock of the year 2017 and thanking God for what he has done for them he want all Ghanaians to realize that Christmas time is a special time fill with cheers and a time to remember the birth of our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ. He stated that it is also a time to spend it especially with their hearts filled with joy. He indication that at this awaited day of the year he want them to celebrates this awesome festival together with love and unity with understanding that Christ coming into the world revealed God’s unconditional love towards mankind with his unlimited power to deliver them and fulfil His unlimited promise to transform them and make them better. He therefore called on all Christiana’s and the good people of Ghana and the natives of the North Eastern Corridor to emulate that unconditional love towards one another so that they can live in peace and unity and rely on unlimited power of God to work together to fight their common enemy poverty. He noted that there is the need to rely on the power of Holy Spirit and realize the promise of God that come to them through Jesus Christ whom they are celebrating His Birth Day to bring transformation into their lives and in their communities. Rev. Mustapha appealed to the government to work hard and mobilize resources to complete the North Eastern Corridor road to ease the pressure on the Yapei and Bupei bridges over White and Black Volta to facilitate the movement between the North and South. They used the service to pray for peace, unity and love among the leaders of the state and Ghanaians as a whole.
