President of AMCEN calls for technological transfer within continent

The President of African Ministerial Conference on Environment, Moubelet Boubeya, says it is about time African countries exchanged innovations to address their energy needs.  

Speaking to journalists at the just ended UN Environment Assembly held in Kenya, Moubelet Boubeya cited Morocco as a country with a good policy on solar energy which can be shared and emulated.
