Ghana Institute of Languages holds 5th graduation ceremony

The Ghana Institute of Languages has held its 5th graduation ceremony with a reminder to Ghanaians to study foreign languages, especially French, to help them effectively  communicate with neighbouring countries.

A Lecturer at the Central University, Dr. Emmanuel Kofi-Botsoe Nkonu regretted the lack of Colleges of Education for the training of teachers in languages.  

He said the Ghana Institute of Languages which is supposed to help in this regard has not received the needed support over the years after the overthrow of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
