Both the Ghanaian Times and Daily Heritage write on government’s new policy on the circulation of gas plants in the wake of the atomic junction explosion.
 
The Ghanaian Times commends government for taking a firm decision on LPG gas distribution, after the Atomic Junction gas explosion. President Akufo-Addo announced several reforms, one of which was the implementation of the Cylinder Recirculation Model, requiring the citing of LPG gas plants away from congested and highly populated areas, where gas cylinders were to be refilled and distributed to consumers in their households through retail outlets. The Paper hopes the model will be implemented as planned to forestall any future tragedy. 

The Daily Heritage is hopeful that committees set up by government to enforce the new regulations on the citing of gas plants and its circulation will live up to the task set for them by President Akufo-Addo. The paper urges the committees to heed the call by the President and hit the ground running without any political considerations.
