ISSER calls for implementation plan on ‘Planting for Food and Jobs’ project Government has been asked to come clear on the implementation plan of one of its flagship programmes, the Planting for Food and Jobs Project. This was contained in the 2016 State of the Economy Report by the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research, ISSER. According to the report the planting for Food and Jobs Policy lacks clear provisions especially on how it will increase production in the crops selected under the programme.
