Judgment due on where Grace Mugabe should be served with court papers The High Court in Pretoria is expected to deliver judgment today on an application brought by model Gabriella Engels and AfriForum to serve Zimbabwean first lady Grace Mugabe with court summons. The application follows an allegation that Mrs. Mugabe assaulted the model with an extension cord on August 13 and was granted diplomatic immunity by International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane. Mrs Mugabe has denied she assaulted the 20 year old Engels, after she allegedly found her with one of her two sons in a hotel room. The Court has to decide whether Zwimbabwe's First Lady should be served court papers at the Zimbabwean embassy in South Africa or in person in her home country. SOURCE: NEWS24 ---DECRYPTED---
